Dr Two Marking Technology Sdn Bhd (Co.no.200601015871) established on September 2006. 1st November 2014 we started our branch business in Penang and established Dr Two Marking (Penang) Sdn Bhd(1113653-H). Our company specializes in supply and service small character ink jet marking solution and other marking equipment such as Label Printer and Large Character Printer for the past 20 years. We also providing industrial packaging solution for customer in Penang as well. We are providing cost effective technical support and services, and supply fully compatible spare parts, accessories and quality consumables for ink-jet coder.

Presently, DR TWO Marking Technology at Center regent has manpower of 8 and Penang Branch at Northern area has 4 manpower. We work together with our business agent at center, northern and southern regent as part of our sales and supporting partners. The number is small, but we have successfully utilized everyone’s talent to achieve customer support satisfaction. We are from inkjet industrial service line with experience of more than 20 years to provide services and support to our loyal customer.  Our technical team has the significant knowledge in inkjet marking industrial to offer the market services from technical advice in phone call assist to the repair and maintenance of small character ink jet printers as well as on site customers training.

Currently we are providing after sales and services support to approximately 300 customers with more than 800 printers installation base. We are the sole distributor in Malaysia for Leibinger Small Character Printer (SCP) from Paul Leibinger GmbH & Co. KG., a product from Germany. Besides selling SCP printer, we are also distributor for Large Character Printer (LCP) and High-Resolution Printer and accessories for ink jet printer. We believed that by doing our specialized field we will be able to give our best service to our customer.

Methods used to improve customer service are as follows: –

Professionally train all sales personnel in product knowledge, product information is disseminated to sales personnel, so that they could explain to customers on its benefits and special features.

Sales personnel are required to maintain close contact with customers, look into customers’ requirements and feedback. Customers’ feedback and complaints are handled promptly.

Any defective parts brought up by customers (genuine cases) are to be replaced as soon as possible. The faulty parts have to send back to Principle office in a shortest time for warranty claim.

Technical staff will be constantly upgrading their trouble shooting skills and also customers handling skill to enhance the service department quality and provide the best and fast response time to our customers.
